Kapolres Paser AKBP Novy Adi Wibowo, S.I.K., M.H melalui AKP Suradi, S.H., M.M membenarkan Satresnarkoba Polres Paser berhasil mengamankan tiga tersangka kasus peredaran gelap narkotika jenis sabu di sebuah rumah kos di Kecamatan Long Ikis, Kabupaten Paser, Senin (11\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketiga tersangka yang diamankan masing-masing berinisial IY (23), SF (35), dan M (32). Pengungkapan kasus ini berawal dari informasi yang direrima terkait dugaan adanya aktivitas transaksi narkoba di wilayah Long Ikis, kemudian ditindaklanjuti dengan penyelidikan oleh Tim Opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Paser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari lokasi kejadian, petugas berhasil menyita barang bukti narkotika jenis sabu dengan total bruto sekitar 18,40 gram, terdiri dari 15 paket sabu milik IY seberat 10,98 gram, 13 paket sabu milik SF seberat 4,12 gram, serta 11 paket sabu milik M seberat 3,30 gram. Polisi juga mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti lain berupa timbangan digital, plastik klip kosong, alat hisap, CCTV, beberapa unit handphone, uang tunai, dan satu unit sepeda motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saat ini ketiga tersangka beserta barang bukti telah diamankan di Polres Paser guna proses hukum lebih lanjut. Para tersangka dijerat Pasal 114 Ayat (2) UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika junto ketentuan KUHP terbaru, dengan ancaman hukuman pidana penjara paling singkat 5 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun, seumur hidup atau pidana mati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
