BATU ENGAU \u2013 Kebakaran melanda satu unit rumah warga di RT.010\/RW.000 Desa Kerang, Kecamatan Batu Engau, Kabupaten Paser, Sabtu 22 Agustus 2026 pukul 09.30 WITA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rumah milik Bapak Purwito, 58 tahun tersebut terbakar hebat hingga ludes. Beruntung dalam peristiwa ini tidak terdapat korban jiwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Berdasarkan keterangan saksi, M. Rasyid, api pertama kali terlihat membakar dari bagian tengah rumah korban. Melihat kejadian tersebut, saksi berteriak meminta tolong kepada warga sekitar dan segera menghubungi pemadam kebakaran Desa Kerang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sekitar pukul 10.00 WITA, 1 unit Damkar Kecamatan Batu Engau dengan 6 personel tiba di lokasi. Upaya pemadaman berlangsung selama 1,5 jam dan api baru berhasil dipadamkan pada pukul 11.30 WITA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kapolsek Batu Engau melalui personel AIPTU Umar dan BRIGPOL Eko A.M. langsung menuju TKP untuk mengamankan lokasi, mengatur arus lalu lintas, mencatat keterangan saksi, serta membantu proses pemadaman bersama warga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Personel Polsek juga membantu mengevakuasi barang-barang milik korban yang masih bisa diselamatkan dari sisa kebakaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Akibat kejadian ini kerugian materiil ditaksir mencapai \u00b1Rp250.000.000. Penyebab pasti kebakaran masih dalam penyelidikan lebih lanjut oleh pihak kepolisian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kapolsek Batu Engau AKP Hadi Yudhi Ismanto, S.H. menghimbau masyarakat agar lebih waspada terhadap potensi kebakaran, terutama saat meninggalkan rumah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Kami mengapresiasi kesigapan Damkar dan warga. Mari bersama-sama cek instalasi listrik dan kompor sebelum beraktivitas untuk mencegah kejadian serupa,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Situasi di lokasi pasca kejadian berjalan aman dan kondusif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
